I am a genius with a gift for unleashing the genius in others. Simply stated, that’s my package. As a results-focused professional coach, I partner with clients worldwide who want to achieve greater success and fulfillment—in the workplace and beyond. In particular, I’m passionate about helping women and people of color unleash their genius within corporate America. My clients include executives at Pepsi, HP, American Express, Deutsche Bank, AT Kearney, Time Warner, Intel and Xerox.

Prior to launching Deliver the Package, I held strategic management positions at IBM and HP in sales, business development, and marketing.

I encourage my clients to stay curious about what life has in store if they simply follow their own path—not someone else’s. I’ve learned that unleashing your genius is about trusting yourself, even when it doesn’t make sense to anyone else and scares the daylights out of you. Deliver the Package is about the courageous pursuit of your full potential. Sometimes the process of unleashing your genius gets a bit messy. But the rewards of boundless success and fulfillment are well worth it.
